Silvia grew up in the South-western part of Germany, in the region of Baden, between the river Rhine and the Blackforest. Good wine, good food and an abundance of history have taught her to cherish good times.
3 years of Restaurant Management training in Baden-Baden have instilled never-ending customer service skills. Silvia has been in Canada since 1992 and called Miramichi City in New Brunswick, Victoria and Prince George in British Columbia as well as Angus in Ontario her home before settling more local in the Ottawa Valley.
Silvia now lives on a small farm near North Gower, where she keeps rescued horses, a dog and cats. Riding her motorcycle, playing hockey , as well as experimenting growing her own produce are just some of the hobbies she enjoys. Silvia is fluent in German and English.
