Karen grew up in the small town of Carsonby, south of Ottawa, in a country setting that instilled a love for all things outdoors.
She is a happily married mother of six beautiful children with a strong Christian faith. Even while raising her children Karen found time to be Service Manager for Park View Homes and deal with clients on a daily basis to maintain a perfect service reputation.
As her children are growing older, Karen’s love for learning, keeping busy, and meeting new people prompted her to pursue a career in real estate. With a solid background in customer service, her transition was natural and seamless.
Karen is a hard-working, organized individual who spends her “spare time” volunteering in her church, spending time at the family cottage, and spending quality time with her family.

I am an engineer, and I am very particular with what I like in a house. As a result, when I was looking for a house, I had several house criteria and features that were very important to me. I knew very well that meeting all these criteria, (e.g. house type, house size, location, utilities, lot type, proximity to amenities etc.) with my budgetary constraints would be a challenge to say the least. Karen was very patient with me and listened carefully to my criteria and interests. She started searching for houses immediately. Karen was always on the ball, sending me houses that were similar to what I was looking for, and matched my budget. We went and looked at quite a few houses, and even placed offers on some of them.
The market for houses at the price point for which I was searching were being snatched-up extremely quickly; many of them were on the market for only one (1) or two (2) days. As a result, my search for a house was prolonged. After much searching, we finally ended up finding a perfect house for me, and we were able to get it a wonderful price!
